Main Camp
Interested players must register for the zone in which their parents reside. For a description of the zone boundaries, please go to the About Section on the Major Midget League website.
Players will be evaluated at the three-day camp by team officials and high performance evaluators. Final selections of the 20 players, including two (2) goaltenders which make up each Major Midget team will be made by September 15.
BC Hockey recently announced that the policy limiting the number of 17 year old players on a Major Midget League team has been removed by the Executive Committee. The change was made to allow all players aged 15-17 the opportunity to play in the League.
Selected head coaches and the League Managing Director will be formally announced on Monday, May 31.
The BC Hockey Major Midget League was established in 2004 to provide elite level 15, 16 and 17 year olds an opportunity to play within their own age group at a high level and be developed for the next level of hockey. These teams have an opportunity each year to compete for the National Midget Championship.
To register to attend a camp, please go to the Applications section under the Administrative tab on the BC Hockey website.
Evaluation camps are run every year in order to evaluate players and help select the following year’s teams. Registration will be open in early June and must be completed online by the deadline (July 31, 2010). Camp registration is designated as "open" registration, meaning that the number players who can attend each camp is unlimited.
Players will be evaluated at the three-day camp by team officials and BC Hockey High Performance evaluators.

2010-2011 Major Midget League Evaluation Camps
Dates: August 6-8, 2010
Available to midget-aged players born in 1993, 1994 and 1995.
CAMP FEE: $210 plus HST
Application Deadline: July 31, 2010
The following refund policy applies to cancellations:
50% refund up to July 22, 2010
NO REFUND after July 22, 2010 for any reason
50% refund if released from goaltender pre-evaluation camp

All Camps will be held August 6-8, 2010 unless otherwise specified.
